Production Description

I. Selection Description

1.   This machine is used to transfer upper mold transversely. 

2.   Control System: Electrical part needs to be connected to the power of 380V/50Hz.

III. Precautions

 i.  Initial Installment

1. This set of chain conveyor is made of three chain conveyor and one set of driving mechanism.

2. Different bodies of machine should be in the same height and level during installation.    

3. The center lines of different head wheels should be in the same straight line.

4. Fix the base on the pre-buried steel plate in the foundation after adjustment.

  ii.  No-load Operation

1. Check the chains before starting; sweep out sundries and fill lubricating oil on the chains.

2.  Start driving motor and check if the chains operate smoothly without any jamming.

3. As the chains are in run-in period, load tests are needed after few hours' initial operation.

 iii. On-load Operation

1. Hanging the upper mold right above the chain conveyor; transferring wheels for pipe mold should be in the central part of the cart; start driving motor and the chain conveyor will transfer pipe mold to designated place; after the photoelectric switch detects pipe mold has been in the designated place the chain conveyor will stop transferring.

iv. Precautions when hanging pipe mold

1. When putting upper mold to the chain conveyor from the overhead crane, only professional staff can conduct this operation. Untrained staff shall not conduct this operation.

2. When hanging pipe mold with cages from carts, make sure the pipe mold is tightly grabbed before the overhead crane slowly moving.
