The chain conveyor system is used for automatically transferring the steel mould in concrete precast spun pile/ electric pole production line. In this way to lower the frequency of using overhead traveling crane, therefore, to improve the efficiency and safety factor of the concrete precast spun pile/ electric pole production line. The chain conveyor can be categorized as vertical chain conveyor and transverse chain conveyor based on the conveying direction, meanwhile, it can also be categorized by function as below: upper mould chain conveyor, bottom mould chain conveyor, chain conveyor after steam curing, chain conveyor for stressing, ect. And the transition between vertical and transverse chain conveyor is carried out by the elevating & moving mechanism. Please refer to the below table for basic parameters of the chain conveyor system
